Lady did not soak nails at all, just cause two came off fairly easy she tried the same method on other nails by tearing off little by little by using another acrylic to go between my fake and real nail. Couple days have already passed I still can’t quite bend some of my fingers cause the pressure in multiple fingers where she ripped part of my real nail off or ripped to where the skin underneath my real nail has opened. I used to go here alot but lately they haven’t been so good.

Went in to get my nails fixed from the other day at th their other salon 2 love hair and nails, where the tech failed to mention she couldn't match my powder before doing my nails. The manager argued with me there was nothing wrong with the fill. She used white powder instead of the clear. The manager said she couldn't fix it and it would look the same and it was because I needed a new nail. She was also going to let me walk away with one of my nails lifting and acrylic in one spot missing. I was so disgusted by the way I was treated.

In this place I made an appointment for Friday 25/August/22 like other times with the technician Victor. I arrived at the appointment time (4:00) and after 15 minutes the manager came over. He explains that Victor can't help me because he only uses gel paint to paint his nails. And since he knows that I like my touch-up with regular color paint. The lady tells me why Victor likes to make MORE MONEY!!! Even so, I tell him to do the retouching and put gel paint on me and he said that he would not attend to me!! Due to the attitudes and hypocrisy when treating the client, many people have stopped going to this place. It is not the first time I have gone, but it is the LAST!!! 😡

I wish I could give this review no stars. I went in on Monday evening and the experience was so bad. I got an acrylic fill and the guy who did it did such a horrible job. He barely even understood what I had asked for and the end result was just horrible. I sucked it up at first but then Then next day they were chipping so I called and asked if I could come back in to have them fixed. They said I could and when I got there they acted like they didn’t know what I wanted. I asked them to just change the color completely and they had the same guy do my nails and give me an equally horrible paint job that I still had to pay for. I will never go back there. So lame and unprofessional.
