I originally loved it here. I loved the staff and everything. They got back to you very quickly and always helped. But with Greystar since they took over it’s been a living nightmare. They lie to you. They told me it was only a $50 deposit fee for my dog, and then I saw that they charged me a $400 refundable fee and another $400 dog fee. They don’t respond back to you at all, whether you call or email. One person will tell you one thing and if you speak to another, they have no idea. They’ve increased the prices for everything without warning. I’m just over all very disappointed and I absolutely hate it here.

There’s literally no parking. So if you park your car where it’s safe, you get towed. But if you park where you won’t get towed, someone breaks into your car through the window. Paying this much for an apartment should AT THE VERY LEAST provide you and your family with an environment that is safe for your family and your hard earned belongings. Please do yourself a favor and find literally anywhere else to dump your money! Heck the dump is down the street and I’d rather live there at this point because at least they have parking and security cameras!

They do not care for military families, harassing we pay our rent. Service member relief act you think they would honor I guess not. Since they leave notes harassing people knowing military does not get their whole bah up front but the front office doesn’t care. They just stick notes on ur doors never been late we pay half and half as that is how the military gives it to us. At this point my opinion my change of time but right now not impressed how they treat military

Absolutely beautiful apartments. Great customer service. My husband and I have developed a great relationship with the management and they remember who we are and are so helpful and kind. Parking is a bit difficult because of the lack of carports and pricey garages. However, the complex is wonderful and we really enjoy living in an area a little bit away from the hub-bub of the city. The complex offers great amenities with an awesome gym and pool and hot tub as well a great community center with computers and a full kitchen for tenants to use. We would definitely recommend living here!
