Amazing hotel. Stayed here for 4 days. The workers treat this hotel as if it is their home and the guests are family. The breakfast is amazing. It is by FAR the best non pay hotel breakfast I have had. The pool and large and deep. There is also a hot tub which both are kept very clean. If I need to stay in a hotel here again this will be the spot.

Great place and great location. After driving 600+ miles, and after being mismanaged by a couple of supposed reputable companies we finally found Best Western Plus in Lacey, Washington state. Extremely clean and safe location and Extremely comfortable beds I decided to stay for 3 days and it has been a delightful rest stop.

Place is so so. Is more expensive then one a lot nicer down the street, but that one doesn't allow pets so ended up here. The floors are pretty cheaply made, can feel it caving in and see it pulling up in spots. Heater literally was taped back to support on wall.

Sooo....in November 2021 I wrote a review on this BW following a more than two week stay due to home renovation issues. My kids and I were impressed then at how friendly EVERYONE is, and not like a how much do I need to be cool to get a tip kind of way, it felt genuine. Fast forward to this week, and here we find ourselves again with a renovation hiccup. We thought it was a one day thing and just stayed at a place super close to the house and hated it. The second we could get out of there, we immediately reserved our second home of sorts. There was no fluke in the quality of this hotel, the coolness of the people, the cleanliness, the chill vibe and the breakfast are amazing (they must be growing their own watermelon around here..so delish). The experience is 5 star, but please if you would, check with me first so that the next time my house wants to throw a fit, we have an consistently awesome place to land. :)

Clean and safe environment, friendly staff, enjoyed breakfast and recreation facility, children friendly and loads of useful amenities. I had to laugh because my reason for staying at the hotel was to avoid dogs and a cat. However, we were sitting in the lobby talking to visiting friends and was surprised to see a large dog, with it's owners. Of couse, I didn't feel comfortable until they left. Then, I realized the hotel does allow a limited number of pets. Nevertheless, it won't deter me returning, overall, my stay was great!!!!
