She was amazing and on top of EVERYTHING from rooms getting ready to breakfast to customer service and those extra miles she went for guests... her manners and kindness were outstanding. Thank you Kaitlyn for making my stay so easy and welcome. You are a 5 star employee

This was the one of best places that I have stayed in that made me feel like home. The best-selling part was Ms. Kaitlin at the front desk she's very professional person and nice also knowledgeable about her business. If she is there I will always come back there when I'm in town.

I stayed over the weekend here since it was impossible to book an Airbnb over the UT graduation weekend. As it turns out, I thought I booked a regular room, but found out later it was a smoking room. Basically, the whole 5th floor of this hotel - when you step off the elevator, reeks of smoke like I've never smelled in a hotel before. My room was extraordinarily bad smelling, beyond just the smoke, and it was an overall awful experience. I decided to book here because the reviews were a bit better than some of the other hotels in the area, but even things like the hot breakfast left so much to be desired. On a positive note, the front staff was friendly, kind, and helpful - but this is not someplace I'd stay again. This hotel was a memorably bad experience and I travel a lot with my job and stay in Knoxville quite often and this is not a place I'd stay again.

Always stay here when visiting my son who lives nearby. Hotel is nice because it has a full kitchen... without oven. Full size fridge, microwave, small stove top, dishwasher. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that there is only one elevator and it is extremely slow. I tend to take the staircase which is good exercise but not the cleanest area of the hotel.
