You ever visit a unique place in another town and think to yourself, "wow, I wish we had something like that at home!" That's exactly what Central Cinema is for Knoxville. Every other theater where I've ever seen a movie, I saw it with strangers. When I go to Central Cinema, I'm watching a movie with friends. Thankful to have them in our community.

I love this little theater! They bring in all sorts of weird movies that you might never get a chance to see again, and even bring in some bigger hits too. Definitely keep an eye on their calender because they do really cool events and are the master minds behind our wonderful annual Horror Film Fest. They serve beer too!

Wonderful as always! So glad to be back. Enjoyed popcorn and a drink at a reasonable price while watching a classic flick I couldn't have seen anywhere else. Not too crowded or noisy. Some people wearing masks. Vaccinated people didn't have to wear masks and got free pins if they showed their vax card.

Yes. We have free parking both behind the theater, on the side, and out front. Please disregard the current signs as they are outdated and the city has yet to change them.

Around $5-$10, depending on the movie. $15 for double features. Some are free. Tickets are $2 off with an annual membership. Totally worth it!
They seem pretty good at playing classics and old movies in general but idk if they played that one. But they seem pretty good at responding to comments.
