Not caring. Will go to another auto store on ASHEVILLE Hwy. They actually come out to car n help Some cashier calling her Dad 4 help Guess they will close up tooooo. DONT GO THERE

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist. I typically frequent all the local parts stores except for NAPA (didn't know there was one that close to home)... Definitely going to be coming here on the regular. Customer service was on point and even though they didn't have one of the items I was looking for, he grabbed an older catalogue, found the part number, and found out that yes they did still have a few. It was ordered late in the day and it was still delivered early the next day to the Asheville Hwy Store coming outta Memphis. I'm impressed!

Today i was heading to a job and i realized i had for a bucket to mix some mortar in. The closet place was this Napa. I knew it was a long shot but hey let’s give it a try. Sure enough they had buckets. I want to thank you nice lady for your kind gesture. Thanks Napa!
