I went to a very popular auto parts on Western Ave. The older gentleman that was working there would not come outside to help me a fuse for my headlight under the hood. He would even, leave behind the counter to see what type of fuse my head light needed. I was to upset that, I could not anyone one to come look at my car for a fuse. I decided to drive next door to, O’Reilly Auto Parts the Professional Parts people for help. When I walked inside of O’Reilly Auto Parts on Western Ave, Jimmy greeted me. He asked how, he could help me with all my car concerns. I explain to him that, my headlight was out and I needed to replace the fuse. Jimmy said he would glad to take a look at my car to see what type of fuse I needed. When Jimmy came outside, to check under the hood of my car. He notice that I didn’t needed a fuse; my bulb was out on my headlight. Once I paid for the new replacement bulb for my headlight, Jimmy took off the old bulb and replaces the new head light bulb. Thanks Jimmy, for going above and beyond customer service today with my entire car care needs. Every time I have ever visited O’Reilly Auto Parts on Western Ave the entire staff always go out their way to help me.
