I’ve had such wonderful experiences at the placid bakery. The Toms turkeys are so delicious, and the almond croissants are to dieee for!!! The pizzas are the best in town. The customer service is great! Everyone is very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Spectacular food- a person can see the prep area while waiting and from this vantage point you can see the craft and the care that goes into your food. Quiet and relaxing- a nice spot in a historic part of Troy.

I've been a Saturday regular for years and for many more to come! Best pastries in the Capital Region hands down. They've also filled the bagel-shaped hole left in my heart since Psychedelicatessen closed.

As March,7th,2021. All the Staff Wears a Face Cover,They Sanitized Every Thing All the Time. Only 5 Peole With Face Cover are Allowed Inside At the time. VERY SAFE PLACE TO VISIT.
