Total rip off if you have a birthday party there. First of all they are short on staff and no body will answer your call. Once you have deposited your money say good bye to it unless you reschedule the party which is a herculean task. Even for changing the party total headcount they will fuss to extract more from you. It is difficult for you to reduce the party kids number if you have fewer people rsvp for your birthday. Never will I every come to this place again.

This is one of the best trampoline parks that I've been to. Went here for a 4 y/o birthday party and the kids had a great time. In the past the rules and regulations of the trampoline parks have hindered the fun. The only downside, is that although the restrictions allow for more fun for the kids, I witness a child get run into by an older child and twist their ankle, directly in front of a "jump monitor", and the monitor appeared to not care in the slightest.

For entry into Launch Park, a person costs $ 9 for half an hour, $ 18 for an hour, $ 24 for an hour and a half, $ 29 for two hours. We hope to see you soon.
Yes, as long as a parent or someone 18 years older would be responsible for them.
They are generally open for school holidays and holidays such as MLK, President's day etc. But it's always best to call and confirm to be safe....just confirmed on their FB page. Yes they are open!
We welcome all age groups at anytime however we do have a toddler time every friday from 10am -1pm for 5 and under. Thanks
There are computers as you walk in the door. You register yourself and then your child(ren).
