I took my first pole fitness class with Brandon. Amazing and energizing class with warm up stretches, spin practice, a sexy routine, strength training, and cool down stretching. I would highly recommend Brandon!

Great aerial fitness studio! I took pole and silks there until I moved. I miss the studio and people. The instructors are super friendly and encouraging. I am a guy and my first couple times going I felt odd going to a pole studio, but it's a welcoming, safe place and that quickly faded. Try it, it's a workout and a ton of fun!

Hands down the most fun I’ve ever had in a workout class. It doesn’t even feel like your working out if I’m being honest; it just feels like your having fun and dancing to music. I took the Intro to Pole class, and instructor was absolutely amazing! She makes you feel really comfortable throughout the whole class learning all the basic moves. Trust me and sign up; you won’t regret it. I’ve already signed up for another class, and I can’t wait!

We do have lyra classes.
What do women normally wear I want to. Wear what women wear to a class
Yes! All their classes are open to all genders :) For anyone who may already have some strength and are looking to go at their own pace vs. going through levels, Pole Physics 101 (Tuesdays) is open to beginners and goes at the pace of each individual.
They currently use a system named polebuddy to manage paying and signing up for classes (there's a link on the homepage that says something like 'sign up today'). If you run into any issues; they're usually responsive and helpful
