It's still free and it'll be free until the metro station opens, which will be in 2020.
There is an exit by the same garage entrance when u get off toll road BUT YOU will have to pay toll (exact CHANGE, COINS) to get out and get off at FAIRFAX COUNTY PARKWAY to get to your local area... Must have exact change OR just fallow the buses and you loop around to the Bus exit to Sunset (or Sunrise, i can never remember witch is witch)...
