My bill more than tripled from 60 a month to 200! NO explanation and i cant analyze my data because its conveniently unavailable. I called and they said they'd send a technician over to look at my meter. A couple of days later i called to follow up on when they were going to send someone, they had the audacity to say he went over and everything was fine, when no one came over! Outrageous.

I moved to Reston on last September I called DEV and got the service from them, since then they will shut down the power every month and they tell me that nobody is living at my address, they will fix the problem and get my correct address, today I found out that they still have me on wrong address I called them and I am still on hold for 1.22 m Guys you really need to hire more people or give us a break please Attached is my call on my phone screen
