I used to go to a different chiropractor but never felt any better. I eventually had to quit going because it was a waste of my time and money. When I moved to Virginia, I found Smart Chiropractic and decided to try again. Needless to say, I was blown away by the care and service at the center. The staff knew exactly what was wrong with me and explained thoroughly of the treatment plan I would go through in order to be healthier. Dr. Ham set clear expectations and have fixed my long-term issues within months. The staff is always welcoming, and I leave feeling better than when I walked in. Even though Smart Chiropractic out of network for me, I have no qualms with paying out of pocket because it’s just that worth it.

It depends. However, spinal misalignment occurring in adolescent years can be extremely difficult to manage as the body's malleability decreases. Careful observation and posture correction is a great first step to take!
Consulting a chiropractor due to spinal pain is always recommended, but there are also other "golden" periods for prevention purposes. For example, when women give birth, hormones (relaxin) soften ligaments. This is the golden time for spinal alignment, before oxytocin kicks in and starts hardening the ligaments again.
