I asked a person in their office to check a move out notice to make sure I completed it correctly. They said it was correct and I served the tenant. Then the lawyer they assigned to me said it wasn't completed correctly on the day of the trial. The office staff obviously is not on the same page with their own lawyer to do it correctly and due to that I had to give my tenant 60 more days of free rent. That was a loss for us. I asked this company if they would discount their service price or give me a refund for their bad advice and they said no.

Michelle and her team at Action Eviction Service will get the job done. Hands down. She will review your paperwork and immediately let you know if there is an issue, and Action Eviction Service will be able to assist you in getting the correct documents out. Honestly, I have not had good experiences with eviction companies, but Action Eviction Service really does stand out in regards to communication, service, and execution. Thank you!

Elaine and Daniel are so professional, Kind and responsive. I am so incredibly pleased with the results that they pushed for. In a world now with less customer service than ever, Their team exceeded my expectations. I stumbled upon them within the scope of my Property Management business and Now I will use them every time! A+ company for sure.

Always very professional and timely. Evictions can be quick or take some time depending on how "cooperative" the tenants are. The prices are extremely reasonable considering how much it costs just to file an eviction much less serve the papers and get a lock out. They are always very streamlined to the best of their availability and their years of experience has made them very knowledgeable for anything that comes up out of the ordinary. Highly recommend!

Hello Iamy, A 60-day notice is a formal way for the owner to ask you to vacate the property in 60-days. The notice is not an eviction (unlawful detainer). It is the legal way of letting you know that the owner would like their property back in 60-days. If you stay past the end of the notice then the owner can have legal grounds to start an eviction (unlawful detainer). I hope this sheds light on the situation and let me know if you have any more questions.
Yes we can take appointments after 3:00pm and on Wednesdays.
