Jason came out to service 2 of my Rental properties in Barstow and it was great experience. He was professional, on time, and best of all he serviced the homes and did not gouge me. As a Property Manager I have used Many plumbers in the past and they take advantage when going out to do the work. Jason did let me know if potential work that will be needed, and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for making it easy and affordable.

Called them at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon after discovering a valve leak when installing our new dishwasher. They were available to come out Monday morning which was fine since it was not an emergency. They even worked with me to come out around my work schedule which was very much appreciated! The day of our appointment they called and said they could come earlier than scheduled if we were available. Our plumber was polite, professional and had the repair done in a timely manner, and explained everything. This was our third time using Roto Rooter in Victorville and we have been very pleased with their work and communication. Our plumber today was David Fonseca. Highly recommend!!! Very pleased with our experience today. A+ all around.

I was selling my home and having the septic tank replaced. Roto Rooter came out to do the initial inspection and replaced the lid to the tank with a plastic one. A couple days later the came out replaced the whole system and took the plastic lids with them. The bill for the inspection and septic tank were to be sent to the escrow company to be paid. Escrow only received one bill. I was contacted by Roto Rooter about the outstanding bill. When questioned about the lid, Jessica played dumb and tried to tell me she didn’t know if the septic tanks come with lids. When I told her I wanted the lids removed from the bill, because they took them or I want the lids, she said she would call me back and never did. ***UPDATE*** I received a call from Grant who was very apologetic and wanted to make the situation right. He removed the cost of the lids from my bill and was willing to send the bill to escrow.

I only post to help consumers make better choices. 7/20/21 Tom from Roto Rooters came to clear kitchen sink. Same day service call was $150. That was high but my tenants needed the sink and he completed the job. He said garage disposal needed to be replaced. Tom said $425. Outrageous price. Went to Home Depot, bought for $107 including tax. Replaced it myself. It took less than an hour. Be careful dealing with this guy. No wonder consumers can’t trust all plumbers.
