Valley Star is helping Dave my life after my conquering of addiction! Sarah (nurse), Brittney (Boss Lady (mask police) and Alicia are true sweethearts, and they go above and beyond! Great stay in time of need, when my world was closing in on me! Thank you ladies for EVERYTHING! Daniel Adam Yniguez, Sr. #thuglife

I went into this worthless place about a year ago around noon. I was extremely depressed and already went to Dr. Mike's a regular clinic and Desert Valley medical center and was turned away from all of them. The extremely nice woman at the small clinic told me about this place. Walked in crying and told them I need to see a doctor. She said come back tomorrow between 5am to 8am that's when the doctor is here. Pathetic! I had to go back to a hospital and go to the emergency room.

Margaret, I am so sorry to hear that this happened. If you wouldn't mind contacting the office and letting us know more information about this incident we would appreciate it. Our facility is voluntary. Therefore, if your sister did not want to stay we would be unable to prevent her from leaving our care. I would love to know the circumstances that brought this unfortunate result so that staff may be better educated, and more mindful of client care.
Yes 7 days a week
Any mental health crisis is sufficient to obtain help at the Crisis Walk-In Center. However, a pre-existing diagnosis alone would not suffice for medical necessity, as this walk-in clinic serves those who are in a crisis situation and need urgent stabilization.
Yes, the program is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Yes, our Crisis Walk-in Center provides help for people just like your father. It is a place he can come and stay up to 24 hours, and our counselors and professional staff will talk with him to determine how best to help him. We are open 24/7.
A guardian / parent is preferred but if the youth is over 13, they can consent to treatment. We will always try and involve a parent or guardian once we meet with the minor and better understand what is going on.
Our crisis Walk-in Center is open 24/7 for any individuals seeking mental health crisis services. We're sorry to hear about your situation, but we're not quite sure about how that could have occurred.
The Desert Hill Crisis Residental Treatment Center in Victorville's phone number is (760) 780-4400.
They should be able to help you there. It is a voluntary, unlocked setting to help those in a crisis get counseling and what they need.
Hello, We do not require insurance, and there is no cost to receive services at our facility. Insurance information is asked for upon entry to ensure anyone receiving medications are able to retrieve them.

don't go here
Best to be checked in at 6am Monday the process takes a little time to be seen by the doctor. And the staff is awesome.
The doctor will
Every time you come to the Crisis Center you are required to go through the entire process. Depending on your type of insurance we may be able to recommend somewhere that an appointment can be made with accommodations for your child.
They do see foster kids, just make sure you bring in the court paperwork saying you are the guardian and have the legal right to make mental health decisions for the child.
That would better answered by staff themselves.
Not at this facility. You might want to try 211, I think they offer a program like that.
It can take 6-7 hours to go through the whole process. Last time I was there, I arrived at 6, left at 11, bc I had yet to see anyone at all...they take a long time
