Requested in Malibu they said they didn't have it so they were going to give us a Corolla and that's not what we got we lend it up with a little teeny tiny car and was told this is all they had if we wanted to trade it in we'd have to go to Ontario not happy

Payed for a rental two weeks in advance. I went to pick up the car and they wanted a credit card? Not what they said on the website. What a bunch of losers.

My daughter rented an SUV for $300 and it was not only filthy inside…. But the right turn signal light was out and the bumper was flapping to Arizona due to not having it correctly attached. They could not even come out and do a walk thru before we left! Upon returning the truck not only was the guy soooo rude he straight out said that Hertz is aware of the issues and that was that . DO NOT RENT HERE. PAY A FEW MORE DOLLARS FOR SAFETY FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I believe its 21 and with a credit card to hold the deposit. Driver's license...debit or the credit card on file to pay for the vehicle.
The last time I asked they said no because cars have been stolen in Mexico and the cops there will take the car and not give it back to Hertz. Worst part about it if you lose a car Hertz will never let you rent another vehicle from them even if the car is returned
