Iβve have but two words for this shop - outstanding service. I found them on YouTube after doing extensive research on good foldable bikes and made the trek down to Virginia to talk to the folks here. I made an appointment and Tim took such good care of me, was very patient as I asked questions, and allowed me ample time to ride the bikes. Not pressed to make a sale like at other shops Iβve been to, and not nonchalant like workers at big-box stores, I could tell he knew his stuff and that he was passionate and enthusiastic about what he does. B@V also had used premium bikes, which I was NOT expecting. And they continue to be a huge help even after my purchase with quick responses to my emails - they didnβt have to be that good but they are. Itβs been 2+ weeks since my purchase and I LOVE my bike and felt prepared to handle it after talking with Tim and test riding the bike itself. I wound up telling my mum about the shop and will probably wind up heading back down to buy another e-Brompton! Though Iβd love to get the bike serviced here when needed itβs quite a drive for me. But honestly? Iβd reckon Iβd do it for Bikes@Vienna. You guys are great!

Fantastic shop for recumbents, both trikes and two wheelers. Excellent service and parts availability. Super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Well worth the drive for me from Richmond!

Fantastic store, run by true enthusiasts. Tim helped me through every step of my process in purchasing a folding bike. I eventually picked up a Brompton six speeder and I couldn't be happier.

We'd have to see the bike to see what the issue is and give you a timeline. If it's a simple fix, we'd probably be able to get it back to you in a couple of days. When bringing in a repair, we are asking that you leave the bike in the rack by the front door. You will then take a clipboard out of the mailbox, with a service ticket on it. Please fill that out, using the highlighted areas, telling us your name, phone number, email address, type and color of bike, and a description of whatever issues the bike has. You will then put the ticket and clipboard back in the mailbox. We will look the bike over and get back to you with a time and cost estimate by the next business day.
The Bike Lane in Reston can rent you a mountain bike or hybrid style bike. Not sure of prices. Give a call.
Jack - I'm sorry, but we don't service treadmills. You might check with the manufacturer and see if they have a suggestion. Tim
