They had the one item my friend was looking for, and they had a clean restroom.

Wide variety of grocery, but pretty much overpriced. Much better quality can be found in other grocery stores. The food bar is not clean and does not look fresh. Food bar doesn't have a wide variety of options.

Whole Foods is still okay. However, since coming under Amazon, it's choices have lessened. Especially, vegan-wise. They used to have a choice of 3 vegan scones and 3 vegan muffins in the fresh baked section. Now, only one of each. Today in Fairfax, they had one variety of vegan scone and no muffins. Packaged vegan baked goods have lessened as well, like their cupcakes and donuts. They did away with the coffee bar in Fairfax. In Vienna they did away with the coffee bar, and the regular bar, which used to serve as a nice community gathering place. It's a shame.

An older and smaller Whole Foods on 123 in Vienna. But well run and well stocked.

They sell assorted canned and frozen veggies along with other dried goods like pasta or beans. You may struggle to find brands youre familiar with however.
Yes, you can order pizza over phone. It'll be easier if you get a copy of menu from the store in advance.
