There is not one single time I have been dissatisfied on my visits to Montes Medical Group. The staff is great and courteous and Dr. Alex Trans is the best doctor I have ever had. I am pregnant and called to make an appointment the woman said they were not in my network. That I had to call a different number, when i called my insurance they CONFIRMED THAT I AM IN THEIR NETWORK. I told her i desperately have been trying to see a doctor and need a referral because IM OVER 9 WEEKS PREGNANT. She was terribly UNHELPFUL, shrugged me off. I WAS LITERALLY GASPING FOR AIR IN TEARS BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO SEE ME. I WAS VERY PRESSED ON THE CALL CRIED AND PLEADED FOR HER TO PLEASE ASSIST ME! AND SHE WAS TOTALLY UNATTENTIVE I TRIED TO CALL BACK AND GET I HAD TO CALL MY INSURANCE AND THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME. LUCKILY MY INSURANCE CALLED AND CONFIRMED THAT I WAS IN THEIR NETWORK! JUST BAD BAD SERVICE AT FIRST AT THIS LOCATION. GOING TO NORWALK LOCATION. I GAVE 3 STARS BECAUSE JACKIE WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ASSISTED ME. SHE CONFIRMED WITH MY INSURANCE THAT I WAS IN NETWORK. She was an angel about it and just really wonderful. I am grateful that she was able to resolve the issue.

My visit was a follow up appointment for my son and Dr. Montes was who examined him. I was very pleased with how he interacted with my son and seemed genuinely concerned about him. Thank you to the staff who made it an easy and quick visit as well.
