This place has very bad management They're property security act like bullies more than protectors Me and my family do not feel safe here I've been living at this place over 30 years I have seen management after management come and go There was an incident with one of their lead security officer At the time My fiancee was pregnant They told me in my fiance That day could not open up the gate so we could walk to our building This curfew gate is causing a lot of confusion This place is beginning to feel like martial law more than a residence to live

Loved living here but Recently they have become very aggressive with the security measures and I feel as if we are being bullied. I spoke with some of my neighbors and they feel the same understand using an ID for access to enter the property when there is no reason why the side door should be locked from 11 PM to 6 AM If you come home after 11 PM you have to walk all the way around the building to gain access to your own unit. If we have are controlled access key fob we should be able to enter the side of the building.

The security precautions are getting absolutely outrageous. As a resident, You are still forced to show your ID to enter the property. This causes massive traffic back ups onto the main streets. There have been public transportation buses play delayed because of this. Also they have restricted the side door access panels from 11pm to 6am meaning at night everyone has to park in the parking lot and walk all the way around to the front of the building. Again this is not for visitors only, they are making actual residents do this. I arrived to my apartment 12 AM and was forced to walk around the building to the front which actually makes me feel less safe I don’t know who could have been out there. Horrible management. I suggest Management invest in a second Ln. for guest and allow actual residence to use your key fob to enter the property. They can track who enters the building with the key fob. Property is becoming super ghetto.

They Try. Floors are swept and mopped daily. Outside is groomed and well kept. maintenance is on point and responsive. I have no pets. plenty of parking and a "sense" of being secure. I have a beautiful view, nice big apartment, nice hard wood floors, decent, helpful , nice neighbors and I mind my own business. I like living here. wish this exact building was in NW! lol
