Arco/AmPm is the official stop for Greyhound. McDonalds is an unauthorized stop and the drivers should not be stopping there. They can be reprimanded for doing so. I am a Driver.

I'm a driver for Greyhound, and Yes, the actual stop is at the Arco. McDonald's is the stop for meal breaks, that SOME DRIVERS accommodate the passengers request to stop for meals. Now, when McDonald's is closed, please go to the Arco. Safe Travels!!!

No tickets are sold in Willits, there is no sign or structure of any kind. Nobody works there, it's just a McDonald's parking lot. You can try to get a ticket online.
