From being short staffed, to not training staff to handle folks in memory care, the Culpeper requires management to step up and make changes to hire staff worthy of the folks paying to be there. Without the needed changes, the care and health of those attending will decline unfortunately.

I have fresh food delivered daily along with my medicines. The staff have been exceptional and have gone above and beyond especially during this pandemic. I know they are overworked and I'm so grateful for their dedication. They truly care. There are a number of activities for us to do daily to keep us entertained. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking a home for retirement or memory care. The sunrises and sunsets are wonderful as well.

Terrible relationship between supervisors and employees. Recently took away weekend incentive pays and pay cut all employees 50 cents because of new cottages built. These cottages are a rip off and you and your family will get scammed a lot of money if placing your family member here with a mental illness. Since there is a lack of trust between employer/employee this leads to bad experience for elderly attending this location. Currently death rate and fall rate is seriously high at this location with 8 of 9 employees quitting on one shift alone. I would seriously not recommend this location for you or your love one to stay at.

Please understand I think All the persons looking after the residents are TERRIFIC. The associates in MC are truly angels especially the gals on the front line. My biggest concern is a bit more attention needs to be placed on personal appearances of the residents. Haircuts are long overdue and the nails on the men are simply disgusting. Because we are unable to have that contact like before this should be so important to you as caregivers. I was almost tempted to cut nails through the fence but did not. I admire the procedures you have in place and recognize the COVID 19 is under control due to your procedures. For the males who work there try not cutting your nails for a month and you will GET IT.
