I've been staying at this site with my parents for over 5 years and we've truly enjoyed our stay. Writing this review to recognize the amazing staff at BentTree Centreville, especially Andrea! She has been really supportive in resolving some of the issues that came up during our move-out. Andrea has gone above and beyond to ensure all things related to our move-out inspection was smooth, documented and the final accounting was as accurate as it should be, in-spite of error caused by other parties. She was swift in reaching out to corporate office for faster response to the necessary adjustments. We believe if it wasn't for Andrea's knowledge, and swift actions, we may have overpaid or lost part of our deposit. Thank you Andrea for your time and support.

Been a resident here for a year now, there’s almost no visitor parking, and they refuse to provide permits for visitors. They know about the issue and refuse to do anything about it. They will tow when their visitor spots are full.

It was so incredibly loud. I could hear every footstep of my upstairs neighbors reverberate through the apartment. I could hear their dogs running back and forth. It literally makes you feel unsettled and on-edge in your own home. The staff are nice, though!

Overpriced as hell for its quality. Floors are uneven. Charging ports are cheap and loose and will pop out so bugs can just crawl in through the hole. 1600 for a one bedroom. Horrible sewage system. Do not rent here.
