The maintenance man come in, looked at the problem and knew what to do. He stopped the leak on the water tank in no time had the mess all cleaned up. He also fixed a couple of wall inlets that were a fire hazard, as he pointed out. He did a great job!.

This place is well maintained with fairly nice people. I would have gave 4 stars until today. I accidentally overpaid my rent 2 months ago. The manager Paige said she would refund the over payment of $200.00. I went in today to get my over payment, which is now $205.00. I was told they WILL NOT REFUND the over payment. I was told they keep it and the office doesn’t write refund checks. This is wrong on many levels. First the manager herself told me I’d get a refund check and the office keeping money that is NOT theirs. Beware!!!
