Staff is friendly and maintenance team is phenomenal, they fix issues same day (sometimes even in a couple hours of creating the request). Also you can never hear your neighbors (these walls are soundproof minus neighbors going up/down stairs) Rent is steep for being in Delaware, I can live in a 2BR off Polaris for the same price (actually a little cheaper). Only complaints are the following: 1) they are not providing any assistance to any of their tenants during the COVID crisis. They never offered to say “hey if you’re struggling with rent, let us know and we can work something out” or anything like that. They also aren’t opening the pool and gym (even though the governor has opened these) and the apartments response was “coronavirus was through no fault of our own” (wasn’t through the tenants fault either) which is why they are not providing any deduction in rent or any alternatives to the pool/gym being closed. A little frustrating when they are easily making minimum 300-500k a month off this apartment complex alone. And 2) we have issues with neighbors double parking (lease violation) and we brought it to managements attention. Instead of them simply calling the ones who are violating the lease or sending out a letter to all, they decided to have us and the neighbors meet, which only made the situation 10x worse. If management would have handled the situation in a mature way, there wouldn’t be any issues with my direct neighbors. The office staff wanted to create ‘peace’ between the neighbors and the meeting was so poorly conducted that it just made everything worse. Somehow we walked away from that meeting with us being in the wrong for parking next to the neighbor who parked over the lines.
