Brent was very helpful and gave a advise on what to see in the area. He did came around to make sure everything is going well during stay. Site was under trees so heat of day didn't bother us at all. Near Zion and other parks with a Super Walmart about twenty minutes away. Internet was one of the best for an RV park that we stayed at. Residents that we met were very nice. Sites are tight but we didn't have any problem with 40 Ft Motorhome with toll dolly.

Brent was so accommodating and helped us get a beautiful spot, last minute on a busy weekend. Laundry and showers were great. Close to many neat places.

Very basic, small RV park that has many long term residents. If you just want a place to park with full book ups it will work. We had a smaller site with no room for a picnic table. Laundry room was clean. Evident that there is alot of work being done to improve the park.

We were lucky to snag a spot here same night so we could be close to Zion. The gentleman was so helpful, answering our call after hours to help me find the right location when I turned into the park next door by mistake. The park is tidy and our stay was quiet and safe. And he gave us fresh peaches from his trees - doesn’t get better than that!! Thank you!
