Places always seem better when the horses that you bet on are winners. Overall the atmosphere is fantastic especially because the Little Brown Jug races are taking place. World class horses and drivers. The VIP pavilion experience adds to the festivities. Just here for the races, so I can not rate any other activities.

Deleware county fair is hosted here. We go every year. Last fair before fall and they usually have an awesome demolition derby and fireworks the last saturday.
