Photographers are lazy. Zero coaching for school photos and don’t take the time to get a good photo of them. Then they take months not weeks to actually get the photos. Every single year I’m disappointed with this company.

Not really a fan. Their customer service is subpar. The pictures are what you would expect for school pictures 🤷‍♀️

This place takes awful pictures. Terrible posing. Zero coaching. Eyes closed. Nothing is ever symmetrical. My son's football pictures have his hand pulling on his collar and bunching up his jersey. He hates getting pictures because I always have an issue with this company. The price is outrageous for the quality recieved.

I was supposed to get a panoramic picture of my son's senior class. I received one for a different school. I called and was told the correct picture was already on the way. I waited 2 weeks and called back. I was told that the replacement was just mailed and to wait for 5 more days. I waited. No picture. I called back. They were closed. I sent an email. The response I received said that I needed to verify my address because they had 2 addresses for me. I've only used 1 address, so I gave them the correct address. I was told that a picture would be mailed to the correct address. It's been over a week. Still no picture. I've been waiting over a month at this point. Horrible customer service.
