Bought a pre owned Ram Promaster two weeks ago. I called to talk about 4 issues we were having with the vehicle. The manager told me all he can do for me is provide me with a diagnostic check because he already put $2500 into it. Well I can get a diagnostic check at AutoZone for free so that's not offering much on their part. The thought that this is great on his part is disappointing. That's not offering me any customer service after the sale. I felt as if I was rushed off the call to get rid of me. He told me he was going to talk to my husband on Saturday...well it's Monday..still no call. I couldn't be more disappointed by this dealership. They were great before the sale, but guess my business doesn't matter. Everyone beware...they are not as they seem after the sale.

I just want to start off and say, I was going to buy a car here. But the sales men are hard to work with. And ask too much. I went in again, Asking if i can maybe do a photoshoot on one of the cars for free. And help out. And someone sent me to a group of 3 guys, And they all laughed and said no. I offered my business card as in a hey, If you ever need a car shot. And they said “we dont need or want that” and i will never recommend them to anyone. Rude and terrible workers.
