This was the best urgent care experience I have had. Everything was organized and professional

I came twice and my review would’ve been 5 star if not for my second visit. I came for an infection late after my evening shift and they were very quick about seeing me. Both the nurse and doctor, I believe her name was Dr. Jenkins, were very nice and listened thoroughly as well as gave helpful suggestions. She gave me a small receipt-print out of my visit at the end. Came in for a follow up a couple days later in the afternoon. Wait time was still short, but the nurse this time was brash and the doctor spoke quickly without giving me much time to talk. Left me simply telling me that I was done. Didn’t even get her name, I just knew from her appearance and accent that she was Indian. I’d recommend Dr Jenkins, but I’m not sure about the other doctors here. I think I’ll try another place in the future.

Long waiting time, and doctors sound apathetic. And to top it off the nurse spilled blood on me when doing my blood work. And after two days, as a result I have a dark bruise from when she took my blood.

Yes, our Chantilly urgent care center can remove most rings that are stuck on a finger. However, some rings made of non-traditional metals cannot be cut off and must be broken. We currently do not have the equipment to break rings.
We do currently participate with Medicare, however, we encourage you to visit our website to determine participation with your specific plan.
First, you need to call your insurance company to make sure that Patient First is in-network with your plan to be your PCP. After that, you can just walk-in for a annual physical any time. They recommend fasting for 10-12 hours prior to the visit for adults since bloodwork is done. At registration, they will ask if you have a Primary Care Physician (PCP), and you tell them you selected Patient first as your primary. If you want to see a specific doctor, check their physician schedule online so that you can plan to go in when that provider is working. No appointment is necessary, as all visits are strictly walk-in only, even for physicals. They're open from 8am-10pm every day. That's it. If you want to transfer your records, then you'd contact your previous doctor to request them.
