My husband very recently had a complete hip replacement— less than 4 weeks from the surgery. When he approached the priest on his cane to receive communion in the hand— wise in light of Covid—and moved away from the line to consume the host struggling to do so with the cane and maintain his balance, the priest scowled at him as if he were going to/ or was behaving inappropriately with the host.We have been members of this Church community for 32 years regularly attending and participating in the Church. Most disheartening, and certainly lacking a display of compassion and love.

There are liturgies at 4:30 and 6:00 PM and a Mass at 7:30 PM still today.

No. It is not permitted to have any mass today except the mass of the Lord's Supper in the evening. The only mass before the evening today in the while diocese is the Chrism Mass at the cathedral. God bless!

There are currently no Spanish Language Masses offered at St. Timothy. You might go to St Leo in Fairfax. http://www.stleofairfax.com
