We have made the Steel Horse Rally a yearly destination and this is the hotel of our choice. The staff are always friendly, especially Carolyn in the lobby. Our room is always clean and comfortable. The only complaint we ever have is with the in-room coffee pot. We would prefer a keurig, so that we could bring the coffee flavor(s) of our choice. And the tissue could be better quality.

The staff was Awesome! To say I travel often is an understatement, and I have stayed at many different hotels, but I can honestly say that this hotel from the moment I walked in made me feel like family! The young lady at the front desk Kerensa was very helpful and welcomed me with a wonderful hello and a smile, which makes a world of difference to me! This young lady went out of her way to explain everything to me, and telling me about some of the local attractions that were around! Made me feel like family! I have been here for two day so far and I’m staying for 25 more because of business but I can honestly say that everyone here treats me like they have known me forever. The hotel is wonderful the staff from the hostess to the nice ladies at the bar and kitchen as well as housekeeping go above and beyond! All I can say if you are needing a place to call home for a night, week or 27 days The Courtyard in Fort Smith is the place you need to be! I know that this will be the place I will return to whenever I’m in the area! Marriott should use this hotel as an example setter for all other because this staff and hotel is special!

I came to Arkansas because I need to get away I lost my son less than a year ago and I was looking for a refreshed air and I found it. I first met Katie, Kate who works the front Desk. Her spirit was beautiful, is beautiful. And then Leanne McCoy . This was just walking in the front doors of a beautifully decorated hotel that has all the amenities that you will ever dream about with an affordable price . Frankly I would’ve pay more for this experience they welcome me and my family. Jacob a vibrant young man is that the bistro with the beautiful heart so willing to help and so willing to achieve his goals. He made sure that the food was good drinks Perfect and heart pier of gold. Terrell thank you because you always saying but I know you don’t want that runs this place! Every time I come to Fort Smith Arkansas I will come here. Thank you!

Front desk staff is great. The bistro server in the evening is also wonderful. Everyone here has always been so kind. My room was spotless, and the shower was amazing! Maybe the best hotel in Fort Smith.
