My family and I were driving through town, only going to be in Hammond for the day on a Saturday. While driving the evening before I noticed a slow leak in one tire but couldn't find the source. Knowing how busy auto shops are on Saturdays I went in without the expectation that they would be able to get to me, but I had to at least try. I told them when I arrived, I was willing to leave the van there for the day if they could just try to fit it in between scheduled appointments, and that I would completely understand if by end of day, they couldn't. I tried to catch the very nice lady's name who checked it in when I dropped it off; because she was kind and understanding, without actually promising anything which was understandable given the situation. Unfortunately, a week later now I'm writing this and I've forgotten it. To whoever you are, thank you for being willing to try! With luck, and possibly a person not showing up for their scheduled appt, or maybe just being late, they were able to find a nail on the inside tread and get it fixed. Even with dropping in without an appointment (which I DON'T suggest, unless you have no other choice!), the price for the repair was completely reasonable, they didn't upcharge me or try to upsell on additional repairs like some shops might have tried. Thank you very much for letting my family continue on their road trip knowing they were safe from a blowout. Well done on all counts.

Went there to have a tire checked because it had gone flat on me. The guy came out and immediately told me I needed a new set of tires. He said I didn't have any tred left. He lied.

Purchased a set of 4 tires and am very happy. Installed fast without any issues. The manager and all employees were very nice and professional. I recommended them to a friend and he also just purchased a set of 4.
