my child has been going there since 2017 and recently I have seen a dramatic decline in customer service. the young lady that answers the appointment line need to understand that she is speaking with worried parents of sick children. she was very rude and I couldn’t get a word in she would talk over me. as of today I will no longer be a customer of this office.

The process in place needs to be adjusted. I used to love this practice, ever since the pandemic things have gone down hill. Hoping that the Upper Marlboro location has a smother more efficient process.

No they do not. They will highly recommend it but will not force anything you don't want upon you or your child.

Varies by the day but I'd say afternoon appointments are more likely to have a wait. I've never had much of a complaint.
