This place is ridiculous! I’m not sure of the lady’s name that helped us today but all I know is she has glasses and she was just as rude as can be. No one stated on the phone that we had to have a money order or a cashiers check to pay, we come back give the money order … my mom ask for a paper to give to the mva this lady said I will give you the paper but it will take 5 days for them to clear it in the system so you can’t get your tags today. My mom was just asking her questions about the payment plan and the lady was just so rude and nasty repeating herself thinking my mom was still asking bout the tags but she wasn’t. The lady rolled her eyes at my mom and just didn’t know how to talk to people. Had the nerve to say I can’t please everyone. If you don’t want to work with people find another job bc let me tell you, she does not have customer service at all.

I called for an explanation of why they said I owed money that was already taken out of my paychecks in 2020 and have been given the run around by each representative that answers the phone. I emailed proof of the taxes and provided a W-2 for my employment showing how much I paid and the lady kept repeating the same dry line that had nothing to do with my question. Infuriating waste of time.
