I am here on Wednesday, June 29 at 9:30 a.m. and it is closed, though the web site says it should be open. There is no information posted anywhere. Help?

Went to visit today, the office online says its opened until 4:00 pm, got there at 2:56 pm, door was locked, no note on door, no one around, two cars in the parking lot, they didn't know anything. Every time I called, the phone was automatically disconnected, no voice mail, no recorded message, no live person, period, trifling and disgusting. If I could give it a negative start, I would.

Their agents have a hard time communicating with me, seems they call and silence on the line, so either the phones are not working or they need to be replaced or investigated
