Back in march I took my dog here for her annually check up. I couldn’t come In with her cause they are afraid of a flu and I don’t trust people like that. specially they over charge my bill came out for over 600 dollars for annually check up . I just just spend half of that today with my other dog different and a lot cleaner location . I wouldn’t Recommend this place to anyone.

We went there for grooming and all was wonderful until recently. We called to make a regular appointment but they said our groomer Leslie was making her own appointments now. We have left messages with them staff. We have tried to call but the hours have changed. There are excuses why they haven't given the groomer our messages. They refused to give us her phone number so we can call. Something is wrong there. Used to be great but now super shady. If she left give us the number

First time I've been there since the pandemic. They're not letting pet owners in the building with their pets. Instead a staff member comes out to get the patient. The exam seemed fairly quick though.

Hi Chelsea! Initial puppy visits are $65. Any vaccines are additional. Please feel free to contact the office tomorrow morning after 8:30 am to discuss additional pricing and to schedule an appointment! :)
Hello! I would recommend your pet be seen to determine the cause of the bleeding!
Hi Walter! Yes we do. Please call the office tomorrow morning at 8:30 am to speak with one of our CSRs about scheduling 215-703-7387.
Anita, CPH doesn't have an exotic doctor at this time. You can take your bunny to either Exotic Animal Hospital Of Philadelphia located at 19th/Washington or to 2nd St Animal Hospital in Northern Libs.
She should definitely see a Dr however CPH doesn't have an exotic doctor at this exact moment.
Exotic visits cost $85
I take my dog for a sedation grooming everyone is very nice and professional
I don't think they do, but call to confirm. They do accept care credit, which is a huge deal for me!
Yes
Call and make an appointment or go to the 24 hr emergency vet on Front St. If he isn't eating or drinking, it sounds serious.
Call them first. This might be considered an emergency.
Unfortunately, there is no oral product at this time that does all 3. Trifexis is a monthly chewable that does flea and heartworm preventative, but it doesn't cover ticks. Sentinel is a heartworm preventative that if given with a full meal will sterilize adult fleas, which can prevent an infestation, but it doesn't kill them and it has no tick coverage. Revolution is a topical that does flea, heartworm, and SOME ticks. If you are looking to trade or your typical for an oral, NexGard is a chewable flea and tick preventative that may be a good option, depending on her medical history. It would be best to discuss Lola's lifestyle and risks with your veterinarian to discuss what options are best suited for her!
