My experience here was nothing short of awful. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always lived in this neighborhood/area. I’ve been to Queen Village, Society Hill, World of Animals, Simmons amongst others and have had the exact same medications and treatments for my (same exact) dog at every place and have never been sooo over charged. They charged DOUBLE the price for certain treatments. When approached about it, their front desk staff was nasty and unprofessional. I left messages for Admin and head Vets there and eventually received a call back weeks later. When I spoke to someone, I was gaslit and told it was my fault for “assuming” pricing should be somewhat reasonably compared to others in the area amongst other insane accusations. It’s a shame because the doctor and nurse we saw were nice and sweet but the owners don’t care about anything other than making money off sick animals.

A large vet practice. As a result I was able to get an emergency same day visit when our regular vet couldn't see us for a week. Only downside is the waiting room can be quite noisy.

They’re fine, nothing above and beyond, not always available by phone during business hours.

Missed allergy issues with my dog and failed to offer tests or medications that might have saved my cat. Since they added emergency services they’re more focused on collecting double the fee than the health of a pet. Forget about compassion.

Can owners go into the exam room with their pets? This was suspended everywhere from 2020, but it's stressful for the animal and owner, some places decided to keep the ban.

I asked when they will stop taking animals into the back for exams when I was there last. My vet, Dr. Tomas, told me if I preferred she could do the exam in the room with me. They did have to take my cat to the back to take blood and urine, but I that was standard pre covid
