I very much doubt. It's a cruel and inhumane practice. If you want to do that to a cat, please reconsider cat ownership.
No, it's just street parking
It is not uncommon for cats to throw up the occasional hairball. However, if your cat were to ever vomit blood, also called hematemesis, your cat could be suffering from something that requires immediate veterinary medical attention. We welcome walk-ins should an emergency arise!
