Hella nice ppl were working it when I was there. Easy to get in and out. There's only so much you can expect from a parking lot so I'd say my expectations have been met.

They have a section for RVs. Not sure about camping/ tents
Yes ,4 per per person or 8 for acarload.no dogs allowed on beach but are welcome in park.
