Good quality place for rent through high c. Only $1400 a month. Went and looked one time at their places for rent.... Just wow. Someone saying people who don't pay rent say something negative.. wouldn't even think of living in one of their mold infested places. Found a 4 bedroom house on 10 acres for only $400 more a month 😂🤣😂 they are.... For what they want to charge 🤣😂🤣😂

I have rented from them for many years. I have nothing but good communication. long as your not trying to get over on them. You pay your rent on time there shouldn't be any issues. I absolutely love my landlord she tells you like it is, I wouldn't have it any other way. She honest. It's affordable housing. That's what we need in this town.

I've been a tenant of high c for 8 years i always paid my rent had nothing but good repour with the management the bad reviews are from people that do not pay there rent
