If it was possible to leave no stars I would. We made the reservation on Wednesday night and got a confirmation number. We arrive and the lady at the front desk I was lucky she was able to find us a room. While going through the parking lot, we got the back side and the entire building was being worked on as in, rooms empty, work equipment visible. We get into our room and it went farther downhill. The floors were sticky, walls have old holes from screws, the toilet wouldn’t flush I had to turn the water on. We may not even stay the night.

The hotel staff were high. The other people staying there were shady. The front half of the room had no electricity. We were on the ground floor near the parking lot, the blinds wouldn't close all the way. The fridge and microwave didn't work, but the fridge did leak. The toilet had to be held for over a minute to flush. We just skipped showering. We only saw one roach.

Customer service was cool but there were huge roaches all over the room! Literally in the beds, fridge, bathrooms gross! I complained and they moved me to a floor higher up! Still had to pay, ddnt get a refund. Saw a stink bug in the new room and almost lost my mind because I was traumatized by the previous room on lower level! I couldn’t afford a room next door at the other hotel so this was it for me I had to settle for the night! Almost considered sleeping outside.

When booking, you will see amenities ,cleanness and smiling staff.Well they really got us. They promote Gym ,bar, breakfast and more. When we got to the room after driving 8 hours, room was not clean, called the front desk,they said they just cleaned off the room, but sent the cleaning staff who ,informed not knowing why the floors were sticky. No hair dryer, conditioner or soap. (Went to the closes Walmart) the front staff does not answer room phone calls and get mad when we show up asking for clean towels, because the one in the room has lipstick on it. No gym,no breakfast. And fridge in the room does not work. On day two, left the room at 9am Came back at 530 pm ,no one cleaned up the room. We still here because we paid for 3 nights and they won't refund our money. Our deal here in NC is not closed yet and can't check out. There's construction on the premises, meaning you can't sleep pass 7am. I don't recommend it , place should be closed.
