The rooms could use a heavy duty cleaning instead of the express cleanings given at check-out. Some mildew in the caulk, the bathroom door knob looked like someone got SUPER angry and fought with it & the door, & it's obvious that the sink doesn't get cleaned great. There was mildew growing all around the inside of the top of the bowl of the sink. Eww. The staff I had interactions with were friendly though. I hope the owners invest some energy into fixing their little problems before they become big.

Only one issue a little noise but it was only a pit stop but otherwise the bed was comfortable had a good sleep. It's great that it's Dog friendly may us it in the future again.

Let’s just start by saying I have visited other Quality Inn hotels and this one by far is the worse. As soon as I opened the door, my 1st thought was “this place is very run down”. The pictures online must have been taken when it was first built because the rooms look nothing like the photos. They are filthy!!! I was scared to touch anything. Everything was nasty. I couldn’t even take a shower because for one the shower wouldn’t turn and also the water was cold. Come to find out you have to pull the knob out and then adjust the temperature on top of waiting 5-7 mins for the water to get warm. The room I was in had water back up in the tub. I just gave up on the shower at that point because the tub was already nasty looking. I will say the 2 ladies I encountered at the front desk were very nice and friendly. Im usually pretty good about researching places before I visit but this time was not so good.

Everything! The hallay, and rooms were dirty, unswept and a bot stinky. I had to go through four different rooms to finally get a somewhat "clean" room. The firts room was a heavey smoke-infested room, though I book for a none-smoking room. The second could not open as the insdie lock lock was engaged. Thehird was unmade and uncleaned. The last and fourth room was slightly clean, though the barthroom garbage was NOT emptied. The coffee make had no pot and no coffee packets in the room. This was a total disaster!
