Not reliable, avoid booking here at all cost! We arrived after 14 hours driving, we had booked 2 weeks in advance a room, when we arrived they had overbooked our room by mistake, at 11pm at night (1 hour after we arrived) they finally told us there was nothing they could do for us and that we should look for somewhere else to stay. But ofcourse they did charge, even the pet fees and the pet deposit, even thou we did not stay there. And we had to wait 2 weeks for part of it to be reimbursed but we never fully got our money back or any compensation for THEIR mistake.. Fortunately we were able to find an airbnb since there were zero hotels available at 11pm for that same night, otherwise thanks to their awful service and management we would have had to sleep in our car. Please avoid at all cost this hotel if you plan to have a nice stay in Greensboro.

I feel that the sheets could have been cleaner. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. There is currently some construction occurring which results in very loud noise. The staff did make sure that you are aware of the impending noise.

This is actually the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The room had a really bad odor and the bathroom was full black mold! That made me so sick that I had to cut my stay short and leave. Also there was a roach found upon my initial walk through of the room. I also spotted a roach crawling beneath the cart where the complimentary breakfast was placed. I tried to get a picture, but it crawled away before I could. I brought all of this to the attention of the "General Manager" Sandra and she was completely nonchalant and inconsiderate about the entire issue! And even though I remained calm, she did not. She began to raise her voice so unprofessionally! I did contact the health department and they are starting an investigation. Please think twice before you stay here!!

Place is good. I enjoyed it, room was nice, staff is friendly and the breakfast was good (fresh every morning) and the location is right near the highway and a lot of different restaurants and stores. I am unsure of price because it was a business trip. Overall good experience. Beds are comfortable as well(important)
