Nice room. Quite clean. The staff were friendly. Stayed here for one night for a overnight visit. It's close to practically everything you could possibly need. Walmart. Best Buy. Even Costco if you have a membership. I'd definitely stay here again. For my part: recommended.

The young man who was on the front desk was not pleasant at all and refused to find me another room after I told him I was alone and a disabled vet and did not want a room at the end if the hall near Ann exit. The safety lock was also broke. He proceeded to retell me I could not get a refund when I mentioned I would go to another hotel...I knew he was lying though. With this being said I will never stay at another Days Inn and according to a previous review this same person continues to give poor service and gas not been trained properly. I will definitely spread the word not to patronize this Days Inn.

After the first day the trash was still in the room, we didn’t get clean hand towels or was clothes the young men that worked the desk said it was hotel policy to clean the room every 3 days. We would leave and return no one was at the desk both employees were outside smoking. One individual said on the 3rd day towels were drying and we could get them when we returned that night we spoke to that young man he said they had no towels. Very poor customer service I don’t think I’ll recommend or stay here again.

Please - do not waste your time and money with this hotel. My 3 year old son and I traveled 7 hours from Ohio. When we (finally) arrived at the hotel, we walked in to the front desk. The parking lot left much to be desired and appeared to previously have had a covered entrance - but it looks as if those posts were just knocked over and the remnants left right there to walk past. Anyway - get in to the front desk, but there was no one around. It smelled like an old man’s cologne - and was so strong it made me half sick. I rang the bell, twice… nothing. Another gentlemen walked in to check in - he also rang the bell, nothing. I then decided calling might be the best option - so I called, just went to the answering machine. I am not kidding when I say for 15 minutes we literally just stood in front of the counter wondering if anyone was in the hotel at all. It was SO frustrating to drive that far then not even have someone available to check us in. Finally, the young man came out - without an apology, just said he had been upstairs. He got me checked in a room and I went out, loaded our stuff then went up to the room (223) When I opened the door, I knew something was off. The television was still on. I looked around the corner and the bed had been slept in! It was not made. A further look around the room proved that room had not been cleaned. I was half afraid to find someone still in the room. Disgusted, I called the front desk and the young man said he could find a new room for us. I went downstairs and just asked for a refund to go somewhere else. I had a bad feeling about the place the minute I pulled in, and my experience just proved my apprehension. I spent $25 more and went to the Comfort Inn down the road. Check in was delightful, and the room was wonderful. DO NOT make my same mistake. Spend the extra few bucks and find a better place!!!
