Where do I start.....Alvette K. who is the Front Office Msnager exemplifies what excellent customer service should be when working with the public. She was friendly from the time I checked in with my family, until the time I departed the hotel. She was attentive to all of my family's needs, especially to my disabled mother. She not only provides you with excellent CS, she does it with her beautiful smile and spirit. I hope Marriott knows that Alvette is an asset and gem to Marriott's organization.

Needed hotel close to airport. They have hotel pick-up to and from airport. Rooms clean and comfortable. Internet free, Cafe pleasant. Workout room available. Would stay again

Eric's Adventures

Near the airport is great if you aren't going to be there long, however they don't offer a shuttle so I had to wait a long time for a public parking shuttle to come around. The floor in my room was unclean: covered with feathers, dog fur, and it felt sandy. I wiped down the whole room and floor myself with sanitary wipes. Good thing I was only there 6 hours because it was a disappointment 😞.

It's a really nice hotel. The atmosphere and staff are always great. I absolutely love being able to come to this hotel every month.
