PF has been getting my money every month for probably 1.5-2 years and I have not been coming. I decided to change that to make good use of the money spent and to get closer to my goals. I came by on a Monday afternoon around 12:45pm. It wasn't busy at all. There was 3-5 staff behind the desk, which I thought was excessive. Nonetheless, check in was easy. I have no idea where my membership card is, but that's okay but the app has a QR code of my membership that I use to check in. The gym was clean. I spent an hour here and utilized 3 workout machines. The mens locker room was observed to be clean as well. I didn't have much interaction with staff beyond check in. Normally, they're more friendlier and interactive by communicating on arrival and departure, but not this visit. I hope to return on a regular basis to make the best use of my black card membership.

I previously submitted a less than stellar survey because of the amount of rap music being played which I find extremely annoying. My concerns were addressed in a professional manner and I believe I have seen an improvement in the variety of music being played. Not to the extent to which I would like to see it but improved. The only other thing I would just bring to your attention is the hot water frequently does not work at all or does not start to get warm until I am through showering.

I’m reposting a review I originally posted several months ago. Apparently it was mysteriously removed because I don’t see it. But I had a bad experience at this location with one of the staff members. I had just finished working out on a machine and I had my phone sitting on top of the machine. My headphones were Bluetooth to my phone and I was listening to music on YouTube. I briefly stepped away to get a paper towel spray it down and turned around to go back to the machine to wipe it down. Mysteriously my phone disappeared. I asked a guy who was on a machine next to me if he saw anyone take my phone and he pointed the lady out to me which was a Planet Fitness staff member. She made the claim that she thought someone had forgotten their phone. I had stepped away for no more than two seconds to get a paper towel and noticed my Bluetooth had disconnected from my phone as soon as I walked away. The distance from the paper dispenser and the machine was not far enough to disconnect my Bluetooth. After I got my phone back from her she followed me around in the gym as I worked out and gave me intimidating looks staring at me with a hateful look. Since then I have not been back to this particular location. The way my temper is set up I could have caught a charge that day for attacking a staff member for theft. Try Jesus don’t try me cause I throw hands!

No they don't have that the special they have is $1 down $10 a month the best deal in town open 24 hours I go all the times of the day anytime of the night the place is always clean the staff is always friendly it's a good investment
No they don't. But golds also costs significantly more. It just depends what your fitness goals are. To me, a sauna is nice but not essential
No...no daycare at all there ...sorry.
Planets Fitness is a good place to work out .
About the same size . Market streets new design has them really crowded with no walking room
