I started August 20 2020 on 2nd shift and I liked it,everyone was nice Include the team leaders and I guess the main man the shift leader Darrell Miller never gave us a hard time, do your best any problems just ask, got sick last June and bent out of work since then but taking with them now about coming back, I learned a lot from people from other countries that I worked with and was amazed by their stories, but I did Accumulate a lots of points and I never worked under a points system before but they worked with me till I had to go out on leave for health problems but I'm better and ready to go and the pay was good,so sign up with XLC SERVICE they are the best then the other temp service in my Opinion and been there long I just hated to work on the weekends but you can work all you want if they need help 👍

I literally worked here for 1 month ✌ I worked 3rd shift for this company at the P&G Brown Summit sight. The work was pretty easy and the pay was was acceptable, the problem was this one team lead named Ray Ray.. She was very unbearable with her leadership, she talked to employees younger and older than her like they were stupid, she also would yell at people as if they were her children.. as if that wasn't bad enough she would get with other leads on breaks and talk about other employees and leads,negative gossip.. I felt so uncomfortable working with and around her that myself and about 4 other newcomers all quit around the same time frame.. if this company wants to keep new workers in the door then they are going to have to do something about the people that they put in charge, and teach them people skills and how to properly train and communicate with others,leadership is cool, but being a tyrant is totally unacceptable..
