I kept getting told by the gentleman at the front that I would need to file for a protective order at the Family Justice Center. I contacted the Family Justice Center and they told me this was false. This gentleman didn’t even care and just doubled down on his initial statement. Not exactly sure what they're getting out of this but good luck dealing with this office.

I wish your detention officers would carry a sense of respect and not entitlement when dealing with the public when off work. Instead of being courteous to the public, which is the people they protect by taking that job, I get "You don't know who you are dealing with". All because you were asked why you were blowing your horn at someone instead of being petient. Way to represent your new leader and the direction of the department.
